Our Governor
Hassan Kingsley
Born and raised in Birmingham, Hassan has a deep commitment to delivering top-quality youth services. Coming from a marginalised background himself, he understands firsthand the significance of breaking down barriers to success. His passion for supporting the thousands of young people our organisation has served is central to our mission. Drawing on his academic foundation in Human, Social, and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge, he emphasises the importance of education in transforming lives. He actively supports young people with university applications, career development, mentoring, and signposting to opportunities that help them achieve their goals. When not leading our initiatives, he enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring cultural sites.

Bisma Ali
Bisma, a dedicated dental nurse based in Birmingham, is passionate about empowering young people and giving back to her community. A former student of Birmingham City University, she actively contributes to youth services while managing her professional career. She provides academic support through our homework club and organises sports sessions to ensure young people have access to engaging activities. In her free time, she enjoys trips to the cinema and shopping with friends. Her enthusiasm and commitment make her a vital part of our team, fostering a supportive environment for the young people we serve.

Hasan Mohammed
Hasan heralds from the community he is deeply passionate about serving. His strong dedication to voluntary service and his commitment to the success of our organisation are evident in every project and event he helps deliver. Having studied to degree level, Hasan brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to his role, continually striving to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. Outside of his work with us, Hasan enjoys travelling and attending seminars to broaden his perspectives, further enhancing the quality and reach of our programmes. His tireless efforts reflect his passion for driving positive change within the community.

Shagufta Khan
Shagufta is a dedicated and approachable member of our team who takes pride in serving the community. Living locally, she has built a strong network within the area, allowing her to connect deeply with young people and volunteers alike. Her role focuses on organising events, assisting volunteers, and ensuring activities run smoothly at a grassroots level. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing the smiles on young people’s faces. Outside of her work, Shagufta has a passion for cooking and enjoys exploring new restaurants to discover exciting flavours and recipes.

Our Treasurer and safeguarding lead
Mohammed Kaleem
With a background in Business and Management from Newman University, Kaleem brings strong leadership and organisational skills to our team. He currently works as a manager in the social housing sector, where he is committed to improving communities and supporting people in need. Passionate about working with young people, he loves creating activities that give them something exciting to look forward to. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and exploring new destinations. A devoted Liverpool FC fan, he knows the importance of teamwork, resilience, and never giving up—qualities he brings to his work with young people (though he hopes Liverpool’s next title comes a little quicker!)
