Britannia Youth Organisation presents a special guest session in Mixed Martial Arts with coach Ibrahim Mboup, known as "The Senegalese Lion".
Ibrahim is an MMA specialist who trains with professional fighters. He'll take young people through three key areas:
Self-defence technique
Wrestling
Footwork
It's a chance to learn real skills from an experienced coach, build confidence and discipline, and have fun with friends.
