From online shopping to social media influence to digital payment apps – the way young people engage with money has changed dramatically. This workshop from Mental Health UK's Me & Money programme looks at how digital environments shape our spending behaviour, the risks they carry, and how to build healthier habits in an increasingly cashless world.
