Real World Readiness
Money and mental health are more connected than most people realise. This workshop – delivered by Mental Health UK as part of their Me & Money programme – explores that relationship directly. How do our attitudes toward money form? What happens to our mental health when financial anxiety takes hold? And what can we do about it?
Designed for 14–18 year olds, the session is practical, honest, and built around the real experiences young people have with money today. Christ Church, Burney Lane at 3pm. All welcome.
